These are the term introduced by MOZ. Domain authority and page authority is from 0 to 100. So continuously create backlinks and submit into the directories and forums.
Question & Answer forums
Using sites like Quora will increase your ranking. Here whenever you write an answer to a question add a link to your blog. This can earn you a backlink and free traffic.
